1. Destination & Currency
We currently specialize in shipping exclusively to customers within the United States. All transactions and shipping declarations are handled strictly in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: FREE SHIPPING on all orders nationwide. There are no minimum purchase requirements, subscription costs, or hidden handling fees.
3. Order Timeline (Handling & Transit Time)
To ensure a clear and realistic delivery expectation, our total fulfillment timeline is split into two distinct phases:
- Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product quality inspection, packaging, and sorting at our fulfillment facility. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
- Order Transit Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration from when the package leaves our carrier facility to its final arrival at your designated delivery address.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Generally ranges between 8 to 16 Business Days.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carrier, a shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and an online tracking link will be sent to your registered email address (support@blont.shop can be contacted for assistance). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
5. Delivery Delays and Force Majeure
While we make every effort to meet the stated deadlines, external factors such as extreme weather conditions, carrier capacity constraints, or regional infrastructure disruptions may occasionally cause unforeseen delays. If your shipment experiences a delay exceeding 5 business days past the estimated window, please contact our support team immediately, and we will open an investigation with the courier.
6. Address Changes and Non-Delivery
- Address Corrections: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We can only modify or correct shipping details if your order has not yet entered the handling phase. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if an adjustment is needed.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information or refusal to receive the shipment, the package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a solution.
